Lunch - Tuesday

Tuesday, eating lunch on the bank of the Tennessee River, 42 miles into the day, 30 more to go.

Angela G was sick, not Angie P. However, angela is better and riding, Tommy G is sick and Cara has bike problems.

Spirits are good all around. Beth is bugging me to get going.

Angela - Sorry to hear you've been sick - hope you're doing better. Angie P / Tommy G - one of you call me if you can this afternoon and let me know how Tommy is. Tommy - I hope you can shake the sickness and keep going - be careful and don't dehydrate (may have to ride in the van for a day)! Good Luck!

Tommy G - Chuck told me (by way of Angie's phone) that you finished the ride today - I'm glad, and I know it was tough if you were sick. Good luck tomorrow (and better lay off the pizza & beer tonight!!)! Keep on biking! Love, Lissa

Mom and Dad, I hope you are having fun and hanging in there. I'm proud of you both - better you two than me! Be careful and don't sprain or break anything. Love, Suzanne

Pam & Buddy -

Hey, sounds like you are having fun ... day 2 already, WOW! Out of curiousity, do you think about string theory when you are pushing up those tough hills? Just might keep your mind off of things, but heck, both of you are probably in such good shape by now you are encouraging everyone else along instead silly things such as string theory, whatever the really means. Yup, just call me a wise guy, but hopefully, you were not thinking about those aching muscles for a second or two.
